Successful implementation of CobraMax® HJA campaign in a mature field

Challenge

• An efficient method for primary stimulation needed on a large field with limited per well budget due to shallow low production wells

• Close collaboration with customer to perform detailed diagnostic on each well, customized tool for the specific completion of the field
• Streamlined operations to optimize job time per well and crew size requirements

Result

• Zones completed 50% faster by isolating mechanically compared to sand plugs, and exponentially faster than plug & perf.
• Project cost was significantly lowered thanks to less time and equipment on location, and optimizing BHA redress process
• Initial 10 well trial has resulted in over 100 jobs performed in 2018 and 2019 with no NPT
• Each job had an average of 13 frac stages, totaling over 1,300 stages completed
